What valley prison V3 combat is like (2026)

Prisoners do not receive any punishment for running into combat and bodyblocking for escapees, resulting in a fire-fight completely falling apart because the entire cop team got RK penaltied to prisoner team. 5 minutes after this fight the server died because nobody was on cop team and wasnt able to join cop anymore. Escapees won by using human shield tactics.
