Balboa Island is famous for its charming waterfront homes, walkable streets, and the beloved Balboa Bar, a frozen treat dipped in chocolate and toppings. Newport Beach has approximately 10 miles of coastline. The Wedge is a world-famous surf spot known for its powerful waves, especially during south swells. Newport Beach was incorporated as a city in 1906.
