Did Ancient Humans Have Pets That Went Extinct

#survival #pets #archaeology Did Ancient Humans Have Pets That Went Extinct? 12,000 years ago, someone was buried with a puppy resting beside them. No leash, no food bowl, no modern pet store. Just a human and an animal, placed in the ground together. In this video, we explore the earliest evidence of human companionship: the puppy buried in a Natufian grave in Israel, the dog laid beside two people in Germany, the Ainu bear ceremony that raised wild predators inside the village, and the ancient dog lineages that appear to have vanished without leaving living descendants. Some of those bonds lasted. Others disappeared. All of them show that humans were caring for animals long before we had a word for it. 🎨 Animation by Ink Explainer #ancienthumans #pets #dogs #prehistory #archaeology #anthropology #stoneage #humanhistory #evolution #paleolithic
