LastTimeDown – One Way Love (Official Anime Music Video)

LastTimeDown – One Way Love (Official Anime Music Video) She never changes. Everything else does. “One Way Love” is the third track from our album Rose Colored Glasses (First Time Around). It’s a fast, grooving song about loving something that doesn’t love you back. The video is a 90s-style anime story on a runaway train: the ride gets faster, the dining car falls apart, and she just keeps sipping her milkshake. It’s cut together with live footage from our show at 21 Rock. Watch for the details. Not everything on that train is what it looks like... 🎧 Stream the album: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/0u1Hx... Lyrics [Verse 1] Porcelain white and just the right size When we first met you changed my life “Baby, you know I’ll try anything once” was the first thing that I said But one time just wasn’t enough when I got you in my head [Chorus] Come on baby, take me for a ride and I’ll hop right on this train Roll up a dollar and then pinch your nose, things’ll never be the same [Verse 2] I still remember how the weeks flew by, who knew time could go that fast All the excitement knocked me off my feet and I fell right on my ass I never noticed when you cast your spell, you took everything I love And oh so quickly heaven turned to hell, one way love can be so rough [Chorus] Come on baby, take me for a ride and I’ll hop right on this train Roll up a dollar and then pinch your nose, things’ll never be the same Follow me and then you’ll see first hand just how hot this love can burn She’ll take your love and your devotion too, every dollar that you earn [Bridge] The fun has faded I hate to say it But I think it’s time I leave Let’s close the curtain You can be certain When I say It ain’t you, it’s me, yeah [Final Chorus] Come on baby, can you slow it down and I’ll hop right off this train Roll out my dollar and unpinch your nose, man I must’ve been insane Went for a ride and then I saw first hand just how hot that love can burn She took my love and my devotion too, every dollar that I earned, yeah ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ #LastTimeDown #OneWayLove #AltRock #StLouisMusic #AnimeMusicVideo #90sAnime #IndieRock
