I Don't Want to Spend the Rest of My Life Talking About the Good Old Days

I'm 60 years old, and sometimes I wonder whether the most meaningful years of my life are behind me. I spent much of my adult life living overseas, building a business, meeting extraordinary people, and having adventures I never imagined. I loved those years. But life changed, and so did my role in it. These days, I mentor others, write, and try to figure out what significance looks like in this next chapter. I believe my life still has purpose, but I'll admit that knowing something and feeling it aren't always the same thing. I don't want to become the guy who spends the rest of his life talking about his glory days. I want to have some new stories worth telling.
