Cycling Along the Rhine: Gustavsburg, Mainz & Biebrich | 4K 60FPS

A two-hour bicycle journey around Mainz and along both banks of the Rhine, starting in Gustavsburg and finishing in Ginsheim. The ride begins by crossing the Südbrücke railway bridge into Mainz. From there, the route follows the Mainz riverfront north to the Kaiserbrücke, where it crosses the Rhine again to the Hessian side. The journey then continues along the river through Mainz-Amöneburg toward Wiesbaden-Biebrich and Schloss Biebrich. After turning around, the route follows the Hessian bank back through Mainz-Kastel, crosses the Theodor-Heuss Bridge into Mainz and continues south along the river. The final section crosses the Südbrücke once again, returning through Gustavsburg and finishing in Ginsheim. It was a sunny weekend, so the bridges, promenades and riverside paths were full of walkers, runners, families and other cyclists — giving this ride a lively atmosphere alongside the views of the Rhine.
