What if feeling 'bored' isn’t something you need to escape from, but something your mind actually needs? In the world of constant scrolling, notifications, entertainment and dopamine stimulation, we rarely give ourselves the space to simply be still. But sometimes boredom, silence and doing nothing can help us hear the questions we’ve been avoiding .. especially when life feels unfulfilling, you feel lost, or you’re struggling with relationships, your career, or figuring out what you really want. In this video, I share my own experience of feeling constantly tired, mentally drained and unfulfilled, while also putting off starting YouTube for a long time. Looking back, I realized there were deeper questions I needed to sit with before taking the next step. Sometimes the answer isn’t another activity, another distraction or another hour of scrolling. Sometimes, we need to pause !! I also share a few simple, realistic ways to create more space in your day — by creating small pockets of boredom and quiet so you can think clearly and hear yourself again: without completely giving up social media. *Try taking a short walk without your phone. *Do one everyday activity without reaching for a screen. *Take three conscious breaths when you wake up before checking your phone. These small moments can create space for clearer thinking, self-awareness and a better understanding of what you actually want from your life. Sometimes, doing less is exactly what helps us understand what to do next :) #Boredom #Overstimulation #Dopamine #SocialMedia #SelfAwareness #MentalClarity #PersonalGrowth #DigitalDetox #FeelingLost #LifePurpose
