Norditrack c960i threadmill incline stuck easy fix part number

This video was made after my treadmill got stuck in the incline position and it wouldn't go down I tried resetting it in that didn't work. I called norditrack I emailed them I did my research and nobody is able to help me I spent hours in fact he told me the part number did not exist and that I had to buy the whole motor which is obviously over a 100 bucks. The only tools I needed for this was a philips screwdriver and a flat head to pried off that's it part number 286707 inclined kit sensor got it from Sears parts in March of 2021. Best of luck to all of you hopefully this also is your error easy fix hard to get the part because no one seems to know what it is found it it did it god bless.
