Guts & Blackpowder - Kaub (Chaplain, 1080 HD)

:: GAMEPLAY INFO :: (taken from G&B Miraheze) Players spawn within a church at the edge of the town, where they must exit into the surrounding streets and fight off a horde of Zombies. Players must clear out all of the zombies, before progressing into a small hotel which is stocked with Firewood, Bedsheets, Pillows, and Delicious Legs. Players must collect these supplies and load them into a wooden cart outside. Once the cart has been fully loaded, players must push the cart forwards until they reach a large, log wall blocking their path. Players must then make their way down a set of nearby stairs and through a basement until they reach a Cannon, along with another hotel filled with military supplies--including Powderkegs and a large quantity of Muskets. Players must fire the Cannon which will create an opening., which will allow for players to easily collect and transport the additional supplies to the cart. While supplies are being transferred to the cart, players must also defend against a horde coming from a nearby grave-site until the cart has been fully loaded. After which, players can pull down the log wall using ropes to proceed further. Upon pulling down the log wall, players must push the cart towards a nearby pontoon bridge, and defend the area of Shamblers, Bombers, Runners and Zappers while using a Cannon in order to break down a set of hastily constructed wooden barricades. This will take several shots to fully destroy, after which players can push the cart across the pontoon bridge and over to Pfalzgrafenstein. The player's entrance to Pfalzgrafenstein is blocked by a raised drawbridge, which must be brought down using Grenades (which can be retrieved from the cart). Players can throw grenades into an opening in the castle walls in order to destroy the mechanism holding the drawbridge up, which will cause it to immediately fall down. Players can then push the cart up into the castle, at which point the Pontoon Bridge will begin sinking slowly. Players left on the Pontoon bridge while it is sinking will drown to death. After delivering the cart to the castle, players must proceed up to the top of the castle, killing groups of Zombies along the way until they reach the top of the castle, where Field Marshal Blücher and a 1. Garde zu Fuß Officer are waiting. Blücher will hand the players a Key, and demand that they clear out the cellar at the bottom of the castle so that they can secure the castle and allow for the Prussian Army to safely retreat across the Rhine. Shortly after this, Blücher will succumb to the Blight and turn into a Viral Runner, killing his accompanying officer. Upon entering the cellar, players will encounter a large number of trapped Shamblers who are unable to attack the players. When the players approach the door at the end of the cellar, the door will break open, and the horde of zombies will begin flooding in. Players must hold out for several minutes against an increasingly intense wave of Zombies which include Shamblers, Bombers, Zappers and Igniters, with several waves of Runners, until all zombies within the cellar are killed. Once all zombies have been killed, players must ascend back to the top of the castle, and raise the Prussian flag to signal that the castle is secure, and allow for the Prussian Army to retreat. :: LORE :: Kaub is the fifth map chronologically, taking place a few months prior to the events of Tyrolean Village, and several months after the events of Leipzig.
