Gainesville high school marching band Herndon showcase of rain 9/26/26

This runthrough was our best but super chaotic we had a gong fall on someone during pre comp rehearsal and the saloon fell over before the show even started and the sign broke and then electronics had problems also there was a homecoming proposal but we did really good with all these struggles and it’s funny because the day before Mr Bryk gave us a talk about needing to be focused for the comp and everything was going against us to stay focused Update: we got second!! 🥈86.1 I’m surprised with all the rain and problems we still did that good. The first place was .6 or so above us and if we did better in one category by 1 point we would’ve been first. I hope for our football game this weekend it does not rain so then we can show what we could really have done at comp without the rain.
