The Town That Stopped Paying for Its Own Water | The Long Harvest

In Dry Mercy, the Tithe Authority owns the wells — and a town that buys its own water back, drop by drop, has forgotten it was ever free. Pip, a twelve-year-old with a braid and a ledger of everything the town is owed. Zia Marrow, captain of the living ark The Wend, who carries seed the Authority cannot tax. Juniper Rain, who knows the knowing is worth more than the seed. And Warden Calloway, whose stamp decides who drinks — until the day it doesn't. A solarpunk western in eight chapters, from TriUnity Studios. Stories of honor, humility, personal power, and grace. "This soil isn't dead. It's just been told it is."
