Project Moon's third title, Limbus Company is supposed to be very unique in the gacha space. Playing as Dante, lead the Twelve Sinners, inspired by literary works, into battle.
In this blind first look, we are diving headfirst into the grim, deeply atmospheric world of the City to see how this tactical live-service RPG handles under the hood. Known for its unforgiving difficulty curves, intricate "clashing" combat systems, and massive narrative depth, we’ll be putting its mechanical complexity to the test to see if it truly breaks the standard gacha mold.
What is Limbus Company?
A dark, dystopian turn-based strategy RPG from the creators of Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina. As the Executive Manager of Limbus Company, you command a roster of 12 distinct Sinners as they clear out the horrific anomalies left behind in the ruins of the shattered Lobotomy Corp facilities. Combat relies heavily on a complex turn-based grid system, color/sin affinities, and high-stakes coin-flip clashes entirely driven by your team's Sanity (SP).
To keep the stream pacing sharp, the main story acts and boss fights will be handled 100% on-stream, while the intermediate resource farming will be pushed off-camera.
