Withnail and I: Americans React

Withnail and I (1987) follows two broke, unemployed actors who flee their filthy Camden flat for a holiday in the English countryside, which turns out to be the worst idea either of them has ever had, and that is a competitive field. Directed by Bruce Robinson, starring Richard E. Grant as Withnail, Paul McGann as Marwood, and Richard Griffiths as Uncle Monty. Doug and Theresa are two Americans watching a British cult classic for the first time, so half the runtime is them trying to keep up with the accents, the drinking, and whatever Uncle Monty believes is currently happening.
