Darcha To Leh - Gateway to Zanskar. Descending from Shinkula

We wanted to go to Leh via the Manali-Leh Highway. At Darcha checkpost, at 7AM in the morning we were greeted with a traffic jam as vehicle movement was stopped due to heavy snowfall at Sarchu and Baralacha La. Then we thought to visit the Shinkula.
