City Of Portage La Prairie Drive Tour On A Weekend/ Manitoba Canada #nature #winter #weathertoday #mztez Portage la prairie is a city in Manitoba Canada. We went for a short drive tour to visit the place on a weekend. Portage la prairie is so quiet during the weekends, not much cars passing on the streets. No people walking because the weather is cold.
