The Curse Of Sekhmet by UrbanDeHuman and Deadkadath for Serious Sam: Fusion, played on Seriously Bull$h!# Serious with no deaths, no saves, and getting all the secrets and kills..... Notes: "Peak fiction" as the kids today would say. Okay, it is not exactly perfect by any means (most notably that one particular cheesable part), but it is just beautiful to look at, solid combat encounter after solid combat encounter and it also has its own killer soundtrack by Deadkadath, making it one of the highest effort mods in the entire Fusion workshop!
