Lofi Cycle - BEST train spotting view in Melbourne

Today we ride! It has been a hot minute since I have uploaded a video. All is well, life just caught up a bit. I am back and better than ever! This year I have 2 goals. Firstly, to have my first 100km ride and secondly, to get an average pace of 30 km/h on a 20km ride. I think the 100km ride should be no sweat, but I am a little worried about the 30 km/h on 20km ride. Anyone got tips to improve my pace? Leave them down in the comments!
