OBITUARY OF ALICE K CALISTO Alice Keezar Calisto, born and reared in Cambridge, Massachusetts, entered university at the age of sixteen, where Alice studied and mastered Anthropology, becoming a renowned name in the American Anthropological Association shortly after graduation. She was known for many academic merits, and also for a peculiar and erudite scientific obsession: the study of the possibility of extraterrestrial contact throughout human history. She carried such fascination her whole life. In the late 70s, such fascination led her to Hastero County, California, at the invitation of a longtime colleague, the now late mathematician Jack Solis. She disappeared on the night of July 9, 1980, and was presumed dead after unsuccessful attempts to find her. She is solely survived by her nephew Alan K.
