How to install the Harley Passenger Peg kit WITHOUT having to remove the exhaust. Harley Passenger Pegs should be easy to install, but they're not! According to the service manual - for a lot of Harley Sportsters and some older Dyna's, installing the passenger peg kit involves removing the exhaust heat shield, exhaust pipes, part of the engine cover, and the exhaust bracket. That just sounds exhausting - and it's totally unnecessary.
