Smallest Stable Index | LeetCode 3903 & 3904

In this video, we solve Smallest Stable Index I & II — LeetCode 3903 & 3904. We start with the brute force O(n²) approach and then improve it step by step. We first use a Prefix Max array, then optimize further by calculating the prefix maximum on the fly while using a Suffix Min array. This gives us an O(n) time solution with O(n) extra space.
