U14 Remix vs Barcelona 3-3 May 9,2026

Match Recap U14 Remix vs. Barcelona Final Score: 3–3 Date: May 9, 2026 Location: Wallace Marine Park, Salem, Oregon Video & Camera Notes Please note that the game film contains several camera tracking issues throughout the match. Frequent drop kicks disrupted the camera’s ability to follow the flow of play, and the camera angle remained locked in fixed positions for up to 8 seconds at a time. As a result, portions of game action—particularly during transitions—may not be fully captured. Remix delivered a commanding performance, controlling the match from start to finish and setting the tempo through disciplined possession and intelligent ball movement. Despite a clear size and physicality disadvantage across the field, the team competed with toughness and composure, using quick passing, smart spacing, and constant movement to neutralize Barcelona’s physical presence. Remix circulated the ball effectively through all thirds, winning the midfield battle and consistently recovering possession by outworking the opposition. The first two goals conceded came against the run of play—a soft pass deflection on the first and an unlucky bounce slipping through the goalkeeper’s legs on the second. Neither goal reflected sustained pressure or earned chances by Barcelona. Remix continued to create quality opportunities, stringing together passes, breaking lines, and generating multiple shots that narrowly missed the target. The response was outstanding. The team battled for every 50/50 ball, stayed compact defensively, and showed resilience and belief in possession to fight back and level the match. By relying on teamwork, speed of play, and determination, Remix controlled the closing stages. Aside from early misfortune and a clear scoring opportunity missed by the referee, Remix were in command, demonstrating relentless effort, sharp passing, and collective grit to overcome a significant physical mismatch. FYI, the voice in the video is not mine, though it sounds similar.
