First event of the 2026 Small Craft Bass Season and what a day it turned out to be! 🎣🔥 I headed out chasing a Top 10 finish, working hard to find the right fish and get on a solid pattern. The bass weren’t huge, but every fish counted and the pressure was on! Then… the unexpected happened 😅 My battery died, leaving me stranded and forcing me to row for nearly 2 hours just to get back. To make things even more interesting, I almost lost a few fish while trying to measure them in the middle of the chaos. It turned into a real test of patience, determination, and making the best out of a tough situation on the water.
