Today’s vlog starts from my brother’s village, where I take on the challenge of bathing in an extremely cold stream at -11°C! 🥶 The weather is freezing, and fresh snowfall has covered the surrounding mountain peaks. After enjoying some fun moments with my cousin and the local village kids, we get ready for Friday prayers. Later, our journey takes us towards Sharda on a motorcycle with a broken clutch! We pick up my nephew Samar Gul, visit different motorcycle repair shops, refuel the bike, and enjoy the beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains along the way. But the biggest highlight of today’s vlog is our visit to the historic Sharda Fort, also known as Sharda Peeth. It is Samar Gul’s first visit, and I wanted to capture his reaction as we explore the ancient stone structures, climb the mountain steps, and learn about the fascinating history of this legendary place. We also meet local people, discuss the history of Sharda, and meet tourists travelling through the beautiful Neelum Valley. From an extreme cold-water bath to mountain snowfall, a motorcycle adventure, village life, and the historical beauty of Sharda, this vlog is full of real-life experiences from Azad Kashmir!
