Delhi Building Collapse: 3 Dead, Rescue Operation Continues for 7 Hours | Saty Niketan Tragedy A massive building collapse in Delhi’s Saty Niketan area near Delhi University South Campus has triggered a major rescue operation. A five-storey boys’ PG building reportedly collapsed suddenly, leaving at least three people dead and two in critical condition. Nine people have been rescued and admitted to hospitals, while several others are feared trapped under the debris. Delhi Fire Services, NDRF, Delhi Police and DDMA teams are continuing rescue operations through the night. Some critically injured victims have been shifted to the AIIMS Trauma Centre. Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the tragedy, while Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited the site and directed authorities to provide all necessary assistance.
