Creating a Doggy Dilemma

The plaintiff purchased a 10-day doggy day care package from the defendant, only to learn partway into it that her dog was banned from the program for bad behavior. Now she can’t seem to get her money back for the unused days and is suing the defendant to get it back. The defendant says the plaintiff’s dog was a danger to other dogs in her care, but she did return the money for the unused days, so she owes nothing.
