TransPRIDE

Researchers Dr Alison May Berner and Dr Rue Ball and Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) member Ruth talk about the role that PPI has in the TransPRIDE study. TransPRIDE (https://transpridestudy.org.uk/) is a project about how gender-affirming care affects PSA, a blood test for prostate health, including cancer. This study will help doctors find and treat prostate cancer in trans women and non-binary people.
