Climbing Seneca Rocks | Monongahela National Forest, West Virginia

Welcome back everybody, This video finds me spending some time a bit south In The Mountain State, West Virginia. Im going after Seneca Rocks this time, I haven't back to The Canaan Valley since 2021 when I rode a bike from The Pocono mountains of PA to Huntington Beach California, covering 4000 miles. Its great to get back to this iconic rock climbing area and spend a a few days exploring the the beautiful valley in the early spring.
