We Slept in England’s Most Haunted Room! | The Mermaid Inn We slept overnight in Room 17 at The Mermaid Inn considered to be England’s most haunted room! Emma and I were given the incredible opportunity to investigate this historic inn before spending the entire night inside Room 17 at the historic Mermaid Inn in Rye, with its infamous haunted rocking chair back beside us. 🪑 But before night had even fallen, one of our cameras captured something extraordinary, a small, childlike shadow appearing to run very quickly around the wall and behind the furniture! Was this the ghost of a child…or something else entirely? Before settling down for the night in the Thomas Kingsmill room, we briefly investigated several areas of this extraordinary 600-year-old inn, including its atmospheric medieval cellar and snug room. Our SpiritWave ITC sessions however produced some absolutely brilliant responses! They appeared to answer our questions directly, intelligently and in real time. Several were genuinely mind-blowing examples of what was incredible direct spirit communication. But our investigation didn’t end when we went to bed!!! We left three cameras recording throughout the night inside Room 17. Did anything happen while we were sleeping, and were we truly alone in England’s most haunted room?
