I’m 72 and Feel Like I’m Running Out of Time

At 72, I sometimes feel as though I’m running out of time—time to start a business, build something meaningful, and create a future. Long-term plans can make me freeze, especially when I don’t know how many years I have or whether my money will last. But I’m learning that I don’t need enough time, strength, or resources for the whole journey. Like the five loaves and two fishes, I can give God what I have today and trust Him to multiply it. My time may be shorter, but it isn’t empty. I’m still here, I still have something to offer—and so do you.
