A perfect healthy homemade cake for tea time or anytime cravings! 👍 Like • Share • Subscribe to SANKO FOODS #EgglessCake #WheatFlourCake #HealthyCake #NoMaida #NoRefinedSugar #NoCurd #CookerCake #NoOvenCake #AttaCake Eggless Whole Wheat Atta Cake in Pressure Cooker 🍰 Ingredients Milk – 1 cup (250 ml) Vinegar – ½ tbsp (7.5 ml) Brown Sugar – ½ cup (90 g) (for normal sweetness; for a sweeter cake, use up to 100 g) Sunflower Oil – ½ cup (125 ml) Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) – 1½ cups (180 g) Baking Powder – 1 tsp (5 g) Baking Soda – ½ tsp (2.5 g) Tutti Frutti – ¼ cup (35 g) 2 tbsp milk for adjust the consistency Method Add vinegar to the milk, mix well, and let it rest for 10 minutes to make fresh buttermilk. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and sunflower oil. Mix until well combined. Add the prepared buttermilk and mix well. Sift in the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix gently until smooth. Fold in the tutti frutti. Pour the batter into a greased cake tin. Place a stand inside a preheated pressure cooker. Remove the gasket (rubber ring) and whistle before closing the lid. Bake on medium flame for 10 minutes, then on low flame for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely before slicing.
