A one of its kind central laundry at Tygerberg Hospital

The central laundry at the Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town is now one of its kind in the country. It has been streamlined and made more efficient following a major revitalisation project. This infrastructure is vital to more than 60 healthcare facilities across the Western Cape, processing at least 10 000 bed sheets per day. Part of the upgrade is the now fully functional water treatment facility which supplies the massive operation. For more news, visit sabcnews.com and #SABCNews on all Social Media platforms.
