PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN
It’s important…
But do you actually need as much as the internet says you do?
In this episode of Get the Girlies Moving, we’re breaking down what protein actually does, how much you really need, when to eat it, and why “high protein” on the label does not always mean what you think it means.
In today’s episode, we’re chatting about:
• How to tell if a food is actually high in protein
• Complete vs. incomplete proteins and why the difference matters
• How much protein you really need based on your goals
• Whether the post-workout “anabolic window” is actually as strict as people say
• Why fiber deserves WAY more attention than it’s getting
Protein matters. A lot.
But more is not always better, and turning every snack, coffee, water, and dessert into a protein product probably isn’t the answer either.
We’re here to make this a little less confusing, a lot more realistic, and hopefully keep you from taking nutrition advice from some random guy named Chad on social media.
Eat your protein. Eat your fiber. Enjoy some carbs. Drink some actual water.
Love you, girlies!!
