Aug 3rd 2026- More than 5,000 members of the Friends (Quakers) Church gathered at State House, Nairobi, for a prayer meeting hosted by H.E. President William Ruto, reaffirming the Church's enduring role in education and nation-building. Representing Quaker-sponsored educational institutions, Kaimosi Friends University Vice Chancellor, Prof. Peter Mwita, delivered a compelling address highlighting the impact of higher education reforms, infrastructure development, digital transformation and KAFU's growing contribution to climate action and research.
