[PAYDAY 3] Diamond District Solo Stealth - Overkill - All max value bags - No favors

A new free heist for Payday 3. One time I tried to get all the loose loot and the run took 50 minutes and I still couldn't find over 30 of them. I have no idea where it's all hiding.
