(Vent-Axia Tempest) HOKWANG HK-JA04S at Costa - North Quay RP, Lowestoft - 🚻♿️🚼

📅 25.02.26: This dryer has since been replaced with a Dryflow branded HK-JA05S. My video of the replacement will be uploaded in due course. Here we have an HK-JA, at a Costa that had only reopened from a refurbishment just a few days prior to filming. Walking in here, I was just thinking "Kuaierte Kuaierte Kuaierte", although to my absolute amazement, they had actually cleaned up and kept the HK-JAs! I wish that more places with decent dryers did just clean and keep them during refurbishments, rather than unnecessarily throwing them out. It's obviously acceptable if the new dryer is an improvement, or if the old one was sounding worn/was visually knackered, but it wouldn't have been here, as the dryers don't meet any of this criteria. The dryers have been swapped though, as this 04S used to be in the unisex toilet, with the 05S being in this accessible one. I only retook the 04S since it's the rarer of the two, however the 05S is still doing well too. I originally thought that these had replaced Lovair C1s original to the store, as I swear I could remember there being C1s here, however in my old video of this accessible toilet you can c clearly see Ultradry LE marks next to the HK-JA. Unfortunately though, they didn't keep the automatic toilet sensor and taps, which were all replaced with manual ones. The Honeywell toilet alarm was also replaced with a C-TEC one for no reason.
