Hall of Honor: Master Sgt. Scott M. Carney

Master Sergeant Scott M. Carney is honored as part of the Iowa National Guard Hall of Honor. The Hall of Honor is a memorial dedicated to Iowa National Guard service members who lost their lives on foreign battlefields and received federal designation as Gold Star Soldiers or Airmen. The memorial ensures these Soldiers and Airmen are remembered not only for their service and sacrifice, but for the full measure of who they were as service members, family members, friends and members of their communities. Through their stories, the Iowa National Guard honors their lives, preserves their legacies and ensures their sacrifices are never forgotten.
