Gorillaz and the Beauty of Collaboration: A Retrospective

Welcome to The Bear Bites Show! Gorillaz holds a special place in my bear heart, as it is one of my favorite music groups of all time. And I'm not alone on this! This animated band created by Blur's Damon Albarn and Tank Girl's Jamie Hewlett has captured the ears of generations. Whatever album you like, whatever genre you see them in, Gorillaz brings a fun and unique angle. With their new album, The Mountain, releasing not too long ago...it got me reflecting. Are we witnessing a new genesis of the band? What transpired to make them not as needed in the music zestiest? Is Gorillaz dead? Today, let's dive into this retrospective and look at Gorillaz, their history, and their legacy! NOTE: Apologies for some of the edits. Copyright bullied us a bit on this video...
