Innovation Barge in Green Bay w/ Bridge Malfunctions

Tugboat Samuel De Champlain with the Innovation barge arriving at the Port of Green Bay with a load of cement from Chicago. The Nitschke Bridge did have some issues in the video at 7:03 and 10:06. The SDC was built in 1976 by Lafarge North America as the Musketeer Fury in Cleveland, Ohio. She is paired with the innovation cement barge, built in 2006 at Bayship Building Company in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Taken November 6, 2021
