The CREEPIEST Albergue Ended in Divine Appointments on My Day of Blessings on the CAMINO, Day 17

Day 17 of my Camino de Santiago pilgrimage became one of the most meaningful days of the entire journey. After feeling led to stop in a tiny village instead of pushing on, I found myself completely alone in an albergue—a first and only on the Camino for me. At the time, it made no sense. The next morning, however, God revealed exactly why my plans had changed. Today's hike included: Reaching the famous Iron Cross (Cruz de Ferro) Leaving a special stone for my son Chance and my family Crossing one of the highest points on the Camino Incredible mountain scenery filled with wildflowers A chance meeting with another Christian pilgrim that reminded me how God works through unexpected encounters One of the toughest descents I've faced on the Camino so far Sometimes the Camino isn't just about where you're walking—it's about why you're walking there.
