‘16 to ‘18 Honda Pilot CV Axle || REMOVAL

Welcome Brother! This is the first video of a 2 part series demonstrating CV Axle replacement on a 2016 to 2018 Honda Pilot. This video covers the removal of the CV Axle and the second video will cover everything to do with the installation. I decided to make this video because currently there isn’t another video anywhere on YouTube showing how to do this on the late model Honda Pilots. They are similar to the early years but the replacement process isn’t exactly the same, which is why i ran into some difficulties. Along with replacement process i also show the special tools you will need to complete your removal. There is no getting around needing these special tools… I TRIED! I cover all the tips and tricks needed to do this removal successfully.
