What If a 1990s NYC Newsstand Fit in Your Hands?

I wanted to see what would happen if a small corner of 1990s New York could be brought back in miniature. This 1/24 scale diorama is built around a classic NYC newsstand, with newspapers, magazines, snacks, drinks, postcards, street details, a manhole cover, and an old-style WALK / DON’T WALK pedestrian signal. Most of the scene was scratch-built by hand, with a lot of attention paid to worn paint, tiny printed details, street textures, lighting, and the slightly crowded look that made old New York newsstands feel so alive. The goal was not to copy one exact street corner, but to recreate the atmosphere of a mid-to-late 1990s NYC streetscape in miniature. Thanks for watching.
