Best Of Beqaa Lebanese Dabke

I interviewed these dabke dancers after I finished filming in my short documentary here:    • Dabke Time - My Short Documentary Film   I was visiting family in Lebanon when I was invited to film some Dabke dance clips at a friend’s wedding. I was shocked when some of the top Dabke dancers in the village of Majdal Anjar showed up and started performing incredible moves. It was so exciting to film, as the moves kept getting better and people rotated in leading the Dabke line. The setup was under a popular tent in the village, used for various events. I was thrilled to capture the footage and knew it would be something special during editing. The live music was performed by the popular Dabke singer Osama Alsamra. When I got back to Canada, I immediately started editing and had so much footage to go through—about two hours of amazing Dabke moves to choose from. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed filming it!
