"Thanks For The Memories" Bob Hope's House in Palm Springs - Full House Tour

Viewers, this is a video of Bob and Delores Hope's first house in Palm Springs. They purchased the house in 1946 and owned it until 2013. It is located in the Movie Colony district, a few blocks from Frank's house, and conveniently located near downtown. It is currently managed by the Acme House Company as a vacation rental, acmehouseco.com, a great company to work with. We will use them again for our next Palm Springs stay. We noticed it on a tour of celebrity houses on our previous trip to Palm Springs. One of our guests on this trip actually greeted tour visitors at the gate on this trip and invited them inside the gate to take pictures. The house has 3 bedrooms in the main house, a pool house, and a casita, making it a 5 bedroom, 5 and 1/2 bath rental. The pool is one of the deepest, private pools in Palm Springs at 9+1/2 feet. It is an excellent place to spend a weekend, a week, or a month with family and friends. Our trip lasted a week, and we wished we could have stayed longer.
