Cottages tend to be a little low on space and high on character. And if you're a bibliophile like me, sooner or later you have to get creative about where all those books are going to live. 📚 If you're lucky, maybe you've got a wall of bookshelves. If you're not, they end up stacked under the coffee table, tucked into an old hutch, piled beside the bed, sitting on the nightstand, or filling just about any little corner you can find. I have hundreds of books, so I know this problem pretty well. 😂 This isn't really a tour of grand home libraries. It's a peaceful escape through cozy spaces where books have simply become part of the room ~ reading corners, old furniture, comfortable chairs and sofas, stacks of well-loved books, flowers, soft light, and all those imperfect little spaces that make a home feel lived in.
