✨ WHAT ARE THE SABIAN SYMBOLS? The Sabian Symbols are a sequence of 360 symbolic images—one for every degree of the zodiac. Each symbol presents a scene, figure, object or event that can be contemplated as an expression of human experience and consciousness. The symbols originated in San Diego in 1925 through the collaboration of astrologer Marc Edmund Jones and clairvoyant Elsie Wheeler. Cancer 25° — A Dark Shadow or Mantle Thrown Suddenly over the Right Shoulder. A mantle arrives unexpectedly, evoking responsibility, spiritual empowerment or a calling to serve. Influence may emerge when someone is prepared to respond to others. Leadership here grows through empathy, timing and steadiness rather than the pursuit of fame. The song moves from the prima donna's public performance to the quiet discernment of someone ready to accept a mantle.
