Oxy-Dry 2nd extraction step on commercial carpet tile restoration job

The lobby area on this commercial carpet is very loaded with soil so after cleaning with an Astro pad I ran over the area again with an Ironman pad to remove more soil and this carpet has responded well to the cleaning and is looking good again.
