In this Physics video lecture in Hindi for class 11, IIT JEE, NEET we discussed circular motion of a car on banked (inclined) road. We explained how banking of road prevents sliding. Due to banking the normal reaction increases and hence, the friction also increases. And there is a component of mg which acts opposite to the centrifugal force. During the derivation of the formula we found that due to its circular motion the car has the tendency to slide away from the circular path and this centrifugal force is equal to the product of its mass and the square of the speed divided by the radius of the circular path. This force is counter balanced by the static frictional force whose maximum capacity is the product of the coefficient of static friction and the normal reaction between the road and the car. ★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★ Click to visit the homepage of our channel :    / @edupoint.physics   Arijit Daripa EduPoint, Dam Road, Chandil, Dist- Seraikela-Kharsawan, Jharkhand, India.
