Wacky Factory POV at Lake Winnie Wacky Factory at Lake Winnepesaukah in Rossville, Georgia is a Bill Tracy designed dark ride that originally opened as Castle in 1970 and was rethemed in 2011, making it one of the last surviving Bill Tracy dark rides still operating in the Southeast. The ride runs through visual distortions, black lights, strobe effects and tight spaces with props from the original Wacky Shack walkthrough that Bill Tracy designed for the park still reportedly inside. It sits at one of the oldest continuously operating amusement parks in the United States, open since 1925, making the whole experience genuinely unlike anything you'll find at a modern theme park.
