Fitting 1 Full Year Into A Backpack

After months of planning, saving, and dreaming about it, the time has finally come to figure out one of the hardest parts of traveling the world for an entire year… *WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY PACK?!* 😂 In this video, my girlfriend Paige and I are packing for our *one-year journey around the world**, and there’s one major rule: **everything we bring has to fit into our backpacks.* No giant suitcases. No checked bags full of stuff we probably won't use. Just two backpacks carrying pretty much everything we're going to need for the next year of our lives. From clothes and shoes to electronics, toiletries, travel essentials, and all the random things you don't realize you need until you're thousands of miles from home, we're going through what we're bringing, what we're leaving behind, and why we made the choices we did. The hardest part? Trying to prepare for *12 months of completely different climates, countries, and situations* without turning our backpacks into giant pieces of luggage. We're going to be dealing with hot weather, cold weather, cities, beaches, hiking, long travel days, and everything in between. And honestly… deciding what NOT to bring might be harder than deciding what to bring. This trip has been a dream we've been working toward for a long time. We're leaving behind our normal routines and heading out to see how far we can actually take this lifestyle. But before we can get on that plane, we have to somehow make two backpacks contain an entire year of our lives.
