Sunday Service - Bay Area UU Church - October 25, 2026

Sunday Service: Joss Bergeron Bisbano - Join us to celebrate Samhain and the turning of the Wheel of the Year! Also known as Hallowmas or Halloween, this End of Old Cycle and Beginning of New Cycle time of year has traditionally involved trickster spirits and reflecting on the gains and losses of the last year. We will enjoy elements presented by our Covenant of UU Pagans (CUUPs), great music, and a ritual together to dissolve that which we are releasing, so that the new things can take root. Joss Bergeron Bisbano (They/Them) is a queer, nonbinary, indigenous CHamoru and Cajun, Goddess-worshipping Interfaith Minister (ULC) and pagan Priest/ess who happens to play cello like a punk. They lead the BAUUC CUUPs group called “Thistle & Honey” which was resurrected in January 2025. They are currently working on retreats and workshops to offer folks for deep spiritual exploration in a safe space. Thistle & Honey CUUPs meets on 1st & 3rd Thursdays 6-8pm in the Sanctuary. We always have a great time together sharing our beliefs, learning something new, and celebrating life. Also, we have snacks. If you’re curious, please join us.
